Lend America Brochure

Lend America needed a brochure that would create a splash and instantly grab the attention of its target audience - residential mortgage portfolio holders. They wanted to increase recognition of their program and offer the unique opportunity to those who could benefit from it the most. In creating a design, DDA knew that it could not be content-intensive. It had to appeal to the target audience with marketing messages and themes that would be instantly recognized as something from which they could receive relief. Most of all, the design had to be attractive, bold and appeal to the financial community, encouraging them to read further. We provided conceptualization, marketing, and branding for the specific program. The overarching theme was a Bridge to Liquidity. It was designed in landscape style to provide a slicker, more financial and professional appearance. We also wrote the content, incorporating program information, a company interview, the benefits, and information on how homeowners could receive relief from the program as well.
